1. Bring and wear a mask. We may get a shot or two of you in the mask, but it is not a masked shoot. I will keep mine on and we need to practice social distancing.

2. If you want, you may bring a friend, but one only. Bring more than two of you and we cannot do the shoot. Please do not ask friends to show up during the shoot. 

3. If you do bring a friend. I need to know who they are. They must have an id or a Facebook profile. I want to be sure they are who they say they are.  I need to know they're name before they get here.

4. Security cameras are in use.

5. You must sign a waiver(s) as well as anyone who wants to have a photo taken.

6. The purpose of this shoot is to for me to have images to use on my portrait and headshot pages and for social media. Please wear something, you might wear to church or semi-casual or business related or from a designer.

7. We will be using a 1 or 2 light set up, with a grey background such as the images above.

8. If you have a makeup or clothing artist, write it down.

9. Feel free to bring several outfits. I will have a place you can change, a clothing rack with hangers. I’ll have a full-length mirror for you, but I don’t have a hair and makeup station.

10. This session is limited to an hour to an hour and a half.

11. If you are going to be late, message me or call or text me at (828) 400 – 0146. If you’re over 15 mins late and I don’t hear from you, I assume your not coming. Unfortunately, I cannot reschedule at this time. Evening shoots I can push back but some day shoots back up to another shoot. I’ll be doing these promotional sessions again, so no worries.

12. Images will be uploaded to a password protected online gallery for up to 60 days. Once uploaded you may download them at full resolution and use them in any way. They are free of course. You may also buy prints online from the site if you like.
